Shipping Policy
Export shipping for commercial amusement equipment is arranged according to product size, destination and agreed trade terms.
Production and dispatch
Most customized amusement equipment is produced after order confirmation. Standard production time is normally confirmed in the quotation and may vary by product, quantity, season and customization details.
Packing
Products are packed for export handling. Packing method, accessories, spare parts and carton or wooden case requirements should be confirmed before shipment.
Freight options
Depending on the order, shipment may be arranged by sea freight, air freight, express delivery or a buyer-appointed forwarder. Large inflatable and amusement equipment orders are usually shipped by sea.
Customs, taxes and local delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, destination customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, port charges and final delivery costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery time
International delivery time depends on destination, shipping method, carrier schedule, customs clearance and local logistics. Estimated times are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed by contract.
